Oh, a fellow webdesigner :) I've actually worked in that field for 10 years but just got my BA degree last year because I need it for my internship/job visa for the US.
Really liking your layout, the style is interesting and not something you see everyday!
I never had a public LJ since I really use it as a type of diary - fairly personal posts and lately a looot of bitching about my job. Until Leverage I never had any friends on LJ that I didn't know personally in RL first - odd!
With Twitter, I turned it public at some point, just because I otherwise just didn't use it *laughs* But since I've recently used it mostly for back and forth conversations with people (probably NOT the actual purpose of Twitter, haha) and like 90% fandom related, I decided to go private again.
